Welcome to UNeDocsUK

UNeDocsUK is the name given to the United Kingdom's intended national implementation of internationally agreed standards for producing aligned paper, EDI and XML international trade documents and messages being developed within UN/CEFACT.

UNeDocsUK will allow software developers, government agencies and traders to develop tools that can be used to implement paperless international trade in a business environment. The UK repository currently includes data elements from 18 documents taken from the UK Aligned Series of paper documents.

Recently, the UN/CEFACT project on which UNeDocsUK is built known as UNeDocs has been suspended pending a review currently underway by UN/CEFACT. For further information about the international UNeDocs project, visit their website at www.unedocs.org.
