Becoming a Licensee

Becoming a licensee provides you with a license to produce SITPRO documents, to use the SITPRO name and many other benefits.

Steps to follow to become a validated SITPRO UNeDocsUK licensee: 

• Register to become a licensee by contacting licences@sitpro.org.uk.
• An invoice will be raised and sent to you by SITPRO for the registration fee of £1000.
• Access to additional information, e.g. rules for aligning paper outputs and XML schemas, and documentation will be made available to you through this website.
• Produce the requested documents (EDI, Paper, or XML outputs) for validation.
• Submit the documents for validation.
• After positive validation you will be issued with a Licensee Number and contract for your signature and invoiced as per the terms of the contract. (Sample contract)
• From this point you will be licensed to produce SITPRO documentation.
